Georgia Siabanis

Georgia Siabanis is responsible for providing the Human Resources direction for the Australian office and aligning the Human Resources strategy to the business strategy, developing a strong talent pool and promoting engagement and a strong employee value proposition.

Georgia joined RBC Investor Services in 2006. Prior to her current role, Georgia worked in our Canadian office where she led one of the HR Business Partner relationships for some of the key Canadian businesses.

Georgia has over 20 years experience in the industry, and has held various HR management and related roles. Georgia holds an Honors Bachelor of Sciences in Psychology and Sociology, in addition to her Human Resources accreditation.
