Andrew Bastow was appointed Head of HSBC Securities Services, Australia in December 2009. Andrew has been with HSBC for over 13 years and worked in the Securities industry in Australia and New Zealand for five years prior to joining HSBC in London.

He has extensive experience in securities services, risk management, transactional banking, operations management, Foreign Exchange, Islamic Banking and IT.

Andrew has worked in a number of countries during his career including the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia and more recently Ireland. Andrew is married with three children.
